TABLE TALK QUESTIONS—A.M. SERMON
1. Ephesians 6:5-9 would have been included with the previous verses regarding
Christian homes because slaves and masters would often be in
the same home. Why is it most difficult but significant to live for Christ in
the home? Why are those closest to us often the most difficult to reach
for Christ?
2. In your own words, explain the significance of being “slaves of
Christ” (CSB). How would meditation and application of this truth change
your daily life?
3. Give examples of great Christian employees and employers that you know
in your life. In your role at work, how does this passage challenge you to
grow?
4. This passage guarantees that the Lord shows no favoritism. How is this a
revolutionary truth for the context in which this letter was written and
today?
